NESS Security Guard III is the best Wireless all in one Alarm System

by graham@goelectronics.com.au on 03-08-2014 in Alarm Systems

NESS Security has designed and produced an award winning Wireless alarm system that provides all the features that you need to secure your home. These features are

1.       It is Australian made and I hope all Australians understand just how important it is that we support products like this.

2.       The SGIII has an onboard GSM dialler. All you need to do is fit a standard mobile sim card to the unit, program it for SMS messaging, key in your mobile number and it will send text messages of alarms to your phone.  The SGIII can also be connected to a 24 hour monitoring center.

3.       Two ways voice communication can be setup for Alarm verification meaning you can talk to whoever caused the alarm.

4.       The SGIII has an onboard detector that has 15 meters movement detection range. The system can have up to 23 wireless devices added to it including Smoke detectors, reed switches, wireless keypads, standard detectors and pet immune detectors.

5.       The system has an onboard 123dbm siren that is unbearably ear piercing. It also has a wiring loom for the external siren and strobe installation if required.

6.       The SGIII is easy to program. All programming is done using a 4 button key fob and the main units on board LCD screen. The programming menu structure flows with a pattern that runs from program entry to program exit.

7.       The main unit talks to you and lets you know the status of the Alarm system including history.

8.       The main unit only requires being connected to AC power approximately once every 4 months.  This makes the SGIII an excellent option for situations requiring security where there is no power. A popular situation where the SGIII shines is building sites without power to protect from looters out to steal expensive tradesman tools and products ready for installation.

9.       The SGIII can be configured as a doorbell with the installation of a NESS radio door bell.

10.    The 4 button remote control has total control of the system. There are three arming modes. Home modes 1 & 2 provide home invasion protection by allowing certain devices to be armed while you are at home and fully armed mode for when you’re out. The remote also has a panic button which instantly triggers the sirens and GSM dialler for reporting if configured. The key fob also has an auxiliary button which can be used to operate optional equipment to open your garage door.

The NESS Security Guard III is a premium product that ticks all the boxes. This system is my preferred wireless option for any installation situation that can’t have cable installed. I also recommend the SGIII for its integrated GSM monitoring capabilities. I have installed a lot of these SGIII and to date have not been back to one of them for a fault. The SGIII is a robust and dependable wireless option for home security and I highly recommend it.
